Release of Liability and Payment Procedures
I hereby give permission for myself, my child, or the participants in the Total
Aquatics Swim School program. In order to, and in consideration of Total Aquatics Swim School, sponsoring this
program on behalf of myself and my minor child(ren), agree to indemnify, release, and
forever discharge Total Aquatics Swim School, and all of its respective officers and
employees, from any and all liabilities, demands, claims for loss or
damage resulting from any injury or harm that you may sustain because of your participation in the
program. This release and waiver applies to me and any minor child I bring to
the facility. I have read and agree to this Participation Agreement and agree to abide
by all Total Aquatics Swim School policies and procedures. I have read and agree to the
payment procedures listed below. I understand that by signing this authorization,
I am entering into an agreement with Total Aquatics Swim School until I cancel lessons.
Cancellations must be made by the 14th of the previous month (for example, notification
by March 14 to suspend classes in April). I agree to comply with all
Total Aquatics Swim School policies and procedures. This agreement will be reinstated upon
re-enrollment.

Program Overview
OUR PROGRAM IS AN ONGOING PROGRAM. Therefore, once you
have signed up for lessons, you will remain enrolled until you inform us that you are
ending them. If you plan to discontinue classes, you must notify us by email
at info@clasesdenataciónpr.com or by phone at 787-923-7697 by the 15th
of the previous month (for example, notification must be received by March 15 to discontinue
lessons for April). You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your
lessons. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact
us to confirm your cancellation. There will be no refunds for any reason. Please
do not ask us to make exceptions. Any registration fee paid
after October 1st will carry over to the following year. We reserve the right
to change or cancel any class that does not fill to capacity.

you plan to suspend the lessons, you must notify us by email at
info@clasesdenataciónpr.com or by phone at 787-923-7697 before the 15th of the
previous month <for example, notification must be received before March 15 to suspend
the lessons for April >. You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your lessons.
If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us to confirm your cancellation.
There will be no refunds for any reason. Please don’t ask us to make exceptions. Any
registration fee paid after October 1 will roll over to the following year. We reserve the
right to change or cancel any class that does not meet the quorum.

Registration
An annual registration fee of $30 for each student is due with the first
registration of the calendar year.

Monthly Tuition
The monthly price for swimming lessons per student is:

Payment Policies
• Credit card customers will be automatically charged on the 15th of each month
for the following month. • Any family wishing to opt out of Auto Pay
must make payment by the 15th of the following month. • All
registration and tuition fees are due at the time of registration and are non
-refundable. • A late payment fee of $10.00 will be charged if payment has not been received by the 20th
. • We reserve the right to remove a student from a class
due to non-payment. • We reserve the right to change or cancel any
class at any time.

the 15th of the month for the following month. • All registration and tuition fees are due at
the time of registration and are non-refundable. • A $10.00 late fee will be charged if

class due to non-payment. • We reserve the right to change or cancel any class at any time.

Discounts
• We offer a sibling or multiclass discount of 10% off
monthly tuition rates for any additional enrolled family members or any
additional days each month.
• If you opt for the direct debit or the prepaid plan, you will receive an additional 5% discount.

Peanut/Tree Nut Free Policy.
Total Aquatics Swim School recognizes that nut allergies pose a
health and safety hazard, which can have serious consequences for those with
such an allergy. In order to protect the students, staff, visitors, and guests of
Total Aquatics Swim School, the following policy will be in effect immediately:
Nuts and nut products containing nuts or oils will not be permitted on the
property. This policy will be in effect 24/7 and
applies to anyone on our facility grounds. If you have consumed or
touched nut products prior to arrival, it is recommended that you wash your hands before or at
enter the pool area. We appreciate your cooperation regarding this policy!

We swim in the rain, but not if conditions are dangerous. We cancel our
lessons in 30-minute increments. We will do our best to contact
you. If you have not heard from us, it is best to arrive. You can
check any weather updates on our Facebook page, Instagram
, and/or call our office at 787-923-7697. If you decide not to attend your class due to bad
weather and it is not canceled, we will not reschedule the lesson.

Our entire staff is trained to teach all levels and ages.
Teachers and schedules are assigned based on availability. In the event of
reduced class attendance or absence of instructors, Total Aquatics Swim
School reserves the right to reschedule classes by changing the schedule and/or
instructor. Classes are 30 minutes long; it is important to make the necessary accommodations to
attend. If you arrive late to class, the remaining time will be taken into account.
All our staff is trained to teach all levels and ages. Teachers and schedules are assigned.
Through Availability. In the event that classes have a reduction in participants or
absence of instructors, Total Aquatics Swim School reserves the right to reschedule
classes by changing the schedule and/or instructor. Classes are 30 minutes long; it is important
to make the necessary adjustments to attend. If you are late to class, you will take the
remaining class time.

Absence and Make-Up Policy
If you miss your scheduled class for any reason (illness, vacation, etc.) for which
you notify the office 4 hours in advance, you may reschedule up to one class per month
within one month of the absence. You may also schedule a make-up for any
lesson canceled by Total Aquatics Swim School due to weather, staffing, or
pool issues within one year.
Absences and Make-Ups:
• Make-up classes are valid only for active students in the program. If
you withdraw, the student loses all of their make-up classes.
• Rescheduled lessons are coordinated through the main office or the
on-site host.
• Absences CANNOT be credited towards the following month’s tuition.
• Rescheduled lessons cannot be replaced. We DO NOT reschedule a
rescheduled lesson.
• We do not guarantee the same instructor, schedule or student for the composition of the
lessons.
If you miss your regularly scheduled class for any reason (illness, vacation, etc.), which was
notified 24 hours in advance, you may reschedule up to 1 class per month within the month
of the absence. You may also schedule a make-up for any lesson canceled by Total Aquatics
Swim School due to weather, staff or pool issues within one year.

Extended Absences and Family Vacations
If you know in advance that your child will miss several lessons, or if your child will be away for an
extended period of time due to illness or vacation, we recommend that you
suspend their lessons. If this 2-month period occurs during the family vacation,
winter, will be extended to 3 months. No refunds will be issued. If you discontinue your classes for
any reason, we cannot guarantee the same swim schedule or instructor when
you are ready to return.
If you know in advance that your child will miss several lessons, or if your child will be away
for an extended time due to illness or vacation, we recommend that you suspend your
lessons. If this 2-month period occurs during winter break, it will be extended to 3 months.
Refunds will not be issued. If you discontinue your classes for any reason, we cannot
guarantee the same swim schedule or instructor when you are ready to return.

Swim Diapers
If a student is not toilet or potty trained for less than 3 months, they must
wear a disposable swim diaper. The cloth swim diaper must pass the
two-finger test (if 2 fingers can be inserted under the elastic at the legs and waist, the
swim diaper is too large and the child will not be allowed to enter the water). Disposable diapers
alone do not pass the Board of Health Code for
public swimming pools. Swim diapers are available for purchase through us at
our locations or online.

Parental Supervision : Please do not allow children to enter
the pool area until
called by the teacher. All children must be supervised by parents when they are not in the water.
